Eons ago I owned a coffee, cheese and chocolate shop.....my favorite things!. "The National Cheese Emporium" was it's name.
I became guilty at my excesses when I discovered how the small coffee growers were being so poorly paid. Then, a short time ago EPIPHANY! I found coffee, really good coffee, locally roasted and carrying the FairTrade logo. These growers are paid a fair price for their produce. This, in turn, helps communities. Read this article on
